What we collect

Vornoy collects two types of information: account information you provide directly, and business data pulled from the integrations you connect.

Account information includes your name, email address, company name, and billing details. This is what we need to create and maintain your account.

Business data is the financial, operational, and transactional data pulled from the tools you connect — QuickBooks, Shopify, Amazon, and others. This data is used exclusively to power your Vornoy dashboards and analytics. We do not use your business data for any purpose beyond providing the service.

We also collect standard usage data — pages viewed, features used, session duration — to improve the product. This data is aggregated and never tied to your individual business records.

How we use it

Your data powers your analytics — nothing else. Specifically, we use the information we collect to:

• Sync and reconcile your connected data sources into Vornoy's analytics layer
• Generate the dashboards, reports, and metrics you see in the platform
• Send you product updates, account notifications, and support communications
• Maintain the security and reliability of the platform
• Improve Vornoy's features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Who we share it with

We share limited data with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the platform — cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and customer support tooling. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.

We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Vornoy and its users. Outside of these cases, your data stays within Vornoy.

Your rights

You are in control of your data. At any time, you can:

• Access the data Vornoy holds about you
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Correct inaccurate account information
• Disconnect any integration at any time
• Delete your account and request that your data be removed

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vornoy after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
